Shipping & delivery

Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders delivered to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, all 27 European Union countries, and the six Gulf Cooperation Council countries: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. We currently accept delivery orders only for these destinations.

Import duties and taxes

For orders delivered to the United States, the United Kingdom or the European Union, VARENZO covers import duties and import taxes.

Dispatch location

Orders are dispatched from Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.

Dispatch within 3 days

Orders for our standard sizes are dispatched within 3 calendar days after payment is confirmed. Dispatch means that your parcel has been handed to the carrier; it is not the date your parcel will arrive.

Estimated delivery

For standard-size orders delivered to the United States, the United Kingdom or the European Union, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after payment is confirmed. This includes order processing and transit time. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

For Canada and the Gulf countries, delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and carrier. If you need your order by a particular date, please email support@varenzohome.com before ordering so we can check the delivery arrangements with you.

Custom sizes

Custom sizes require a quotation before purchase. Please email us with the design name and required dimensions. The price and production and dispatch timing will be confirmed in your quotation before you order.

Order updates

We will send a shipping confirmation email when your order is dispatched, with tracking information when available. Please check your items, sizes, quantities and delivery address in your order confirmation. If you need to correct a detail, email us as soon as possible with your order number.
