About VARENZO
VARENZO is operated by VARENZO INTERIORS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17440781.
Our registered office is Unit 7, Wilsons Business Park, Director’s Office No. 143, Manchester M40 8WN, United Kingdom. This is our registered office, not our returns address.

Products and sizes
Our Cushion Cover product pages are for the decorative cover only, with an option to add a matching insert in a standard size. Products named Cushion with Insert include both the cover and a matching insert. Check the selected size, insert option, quantity and displayed total before placing your order.
Available sizes are shown on each product page. Square covers are offered in 45 × 45 cm, 50 × 50 cm and 60 × 60 cm. Lumbar covers are offered in 50 × 30 cm and 60 × 40 cm.
The description identifies the sample size shown in the product photographs. Pattern placement and proportions may vary in other sizes. Styled photographs may include other products from the collection; these are not included unless stated in the product you select. AI-styled room images are labelled as such and illustrate possible arrangements. Refer to the individual product photographs and material information for the design you are purchasing.
The front, back and any separate panels or trim are described individually on the product page. Care guidance depends on the design. Please contact us before cleaning if you need advice for your selected item.
Custom-size enquiries
Custom sizes require a quotation before purchase. Email support@varenzohome.com with the design name, dimensions and quantity required. We will confirm the price, specifications and production and dispatch timing before you order.
Prices displayed for standard sizes are not custom-size quotations. Custom sizes cannot be purchased directly through the standard-size options.
Prices and promotions
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website. Check the price and total for your selected options before submitting your order.
Our offer on four or more cushions applies a 15% discount automatically. Designs and standard sizes may be mixed, with or without inserts. A cover with an insert counts as one cushion. Returned items are refunded at the amount actually paid, including their share of any discount; we do not reclaim the discount on the items you keep.
Payment and import charges
Our store is set to collect payment automatically at checkout.
For orders delivered to the United States, the United Kingdom or the European Union, VARENZO covers import duties and import taxes.
Delivery
We currently accept delivery orders for the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, all 27 European Union countries, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Standard shipping is free to these destinations.
Standard-size orders are dispatched from Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China, within three calendar days after payment is confirmed. Dispatch means the parcel has been handed to the carrier; it is not the arrival date. Custom-size timing is confirmed with your quotation.
For standard-size orders delivered to the United States, the United Kingdom or the European Union, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after payment is confirmed. This includes order processing and transit time. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
We send a shipping confirmation email when an order is dispatched, including tracking information when available. Please check your items, sizes, quantities and delivery address in your order confirmation. Contact us promptly with your order number if you need to correct a detail.

Cancellations, returns and refunds
Eligible standard-size items may be returned under our Returns & refunds policy. That policy explains the 30-calendar-day notification period, the 14-day period to send goods back after notifying us, return conditions, postage costs and refund timing.
For standard-size orders that have not shipped, request cancellation through your customer account or email us with your order number. If a parcel has already shipped, contact us for the next steps.
Returns go to Hangzhou, China. For change-of-mind returns, customers arrange and pay the international return postage. We do not charge a restocking fee. For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items, we cover necessary and reasonable return postage; contact us before paying for postage so that we can arrange or agree a suitable method.
Items genuinely made to individual measurements or personalised specifications are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Selecting an ordinary standard size does not make an item custom-made. This does not remove your rights where a custom product is faulty, damaged or does not match the agreed specifications.
Refunds return to the original payment method. We aim to issue them within five business days after receiving and checking a return, subject to any earlier deadline explained in the refund policy. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to display the refund.
